To place an order on EPEC, first search for the product you need using our search bar or browse categories. Once you find a suitable product, click on it to view details and pricing. Click "Send Inquiry" to contact the supplier with your requirements. After receiving a quote, review the terms and confirm your order. You can then proceed to payment through our secure checkout system.
EPEC accepts multiple payment methods including Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Bank Wire Transfer (T/T), and Letter of Credit (L/C) for larger orders. All payments are processed through our secure payment system with SSL encryption. For Trade Assurance orders, your payment is protected until the goods are delivered.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and in your order details. Simply go to your Orders page, click on the order, and select "Track Shipment" to view real-time logistics updates. You can also track directly on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.
To become a verified supplier, click "Join as Supplier" and complete your business registration. You'll need to submit business licenses, tax certificates, and relevant chemical handling permits. Our verification team typically reviews applications within 2-3 business days. Verified suppliers receive a blue verification badge and enjoy priority placement in search results.
Trade Assurance is EPEC's buyer protection program. When you pay through Trade Assurance, your money is held securely until you confirm receipt of goods. If the product quality doesn't match the agreement or delivery is delayed, you can request a refund or compensation. This service is free for all eligible transactions.
You can contact suppliers by clicking "Send Inquiry" on any product page. Describe your requirements including quantity, specifications, and target price. Suppliers typically respond within 24 hours. You can also use our real-time messaging system after creating an account to communicate directly with suppliers.
